Step Six
Time to start changing strings while picking fast! This one is great for working up just one bar at a time. Focusing on the strings that give you the most trouble is a great idea.
Although many people find ascending string changes easier than descending, it's very easy to miss the final up-stroke prior to the string change while ascending strings. With descending, I find that most people have a much better time hitting all pick strokes, and also develop a better sense of when all pick strokes are made so they can better catch missed strokes later on.
